with John City bailed off the QHL is now entering the Independant team era a team compose 100% with free agent player (none rookie)
stats of players vs independant will still be calculate

summer time if a player signed for a KHL teams or retired any gm who lose a player can pick 1 free agent as replacement
all Players who previously played in the NHL and come back from other league will go threw waiver

games rule change
extra TTA is now a tie breaker so if a teams has 1 TTA vs 0 for other team it means the Team with 1 TTA is declare a winner if teams has same total of TTA its a tie
a win is a win so i wont give any point in the case you lose in the overtime sort of thing

Reading is now the Hershey Bears with same GM
John city dont show up for the Junior draft and i fold his team and we will have a draft later in the summer
